1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Quick Bazaria website, mobile application, and related services (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using Quick Bazaria, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and place orders. Quick Bazaria is not intended for children under 13. By using the Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3Our Services

Quick Bazaria is a quick-commerce platform that lets you browse and order groceries, snacks, electronics, and daily essentials from neighbourhood stores, currently focused on Jamshedpur and surrounding areas. We facilitate discovery, ordering, payment, and delivery. Product availability, pricing, and delivery times may vary by store, location, and demand.

4Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your mobile number, OTP, and account details confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@quickbazaria.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraud or abuse.

5Orders, Pricing & Availability

6Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details. You authorise us to charge the selected payment method for the order total, including applicable taxes, delivery fees, and other charges shown at checkout. Failed or incomplete payments may result in cancellation of the order.

7Delivery

Delivery is available in serviceable areas only. Estimated times are indicative and not guaranteed. You must provide an accurate delivery address and be available to receive the order. If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unavailability, or restricted access, the order may be returned or cancelled and fees may still apply as permitted by applicable refund rules.

8Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

You may request cancellation before the order is packed or dispatched, subject to store and operational status. Perishable groceries and opened items may not be returnable. If an item is missing, damaged, incorrect, or of poor quality, contact us promptly with your order details so we can investigate. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, typically within a reasonable processing period after confirmation.

9User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Interfere with the platform, delivery operations, or other users
• Misuse promotions, referral codes, or payment methods
• Harass partner stores, delivery partners, or Quick Bazaria staff
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services

10Partner Stores & Third Parties

Products are supplied by independent local stores. Quick Bazaria is a facilitator and is not the manufacturer or, unless stated otherwise, the seller of every product. We are not responsible for third-party websites, payment providers, or maps/location services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply.

11Intellectual Property

The Quick Bazaria name, logos, app, website design, and content are owned by QuickBazaria Commerce Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use them without prior written permission, except as needed to use the Services in the ordinary way.

12Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Quick Bazaria is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or issues arising from partner-store products except as required by applicable consumer protection law. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. You may request account and data deletion as described in our Data Deletion Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Services.

14Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under Indian consumer protection laws.

15Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
